I created Bestie to make pet care feel different. With a dedicated concierge team, trusted sitters, and personalized care plans, we take care of the details so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying life with your pet.

The heart of Bestie is our concierge team. From your onboarding call, we get to know you, your pet, and their routine. We create a personalized care document, coordinate every booking, and thoughtfully match you with trusted sitters. Need a walk, overnight stay, or last-minute visit? Just send us a text. We'll handle the scheduling, share your pet's care document with your sitter, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Every Bestie sitter is personally interviewed, onboarded, and background checked.
Whenever possible, we'll match you with a sitter your pet already knows. If someone new steps in, they'll receive the personalized care document along with notes from past sitters and walkers, so your pet's routine stays consistent.
We also prioritize sitters in your neighborhood whenever possible for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups.
