What does my membership include Your membership includes access to our vetted sitter roster, dedicated concierge team, complimentary meet & greets, insurance and bonding coverage, and ongoing support for every booking.
Do I need to be a member to book services Yes. Bestie is a membership-based, concierge pet sitting service. Membership is required to book services.
Is Bestie insured Yes. Bestie is fully insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas, providing added peace of mind for every booking. From daily walks to overnight stays, you can feel confident knowing you and your pet are protected.
Can I request the same sitter Whenever possible, yes. We always do our best to match you with a sitter your pet already knows. If someone new steps in, they'll receive your pet's personalized care plan along with notes from previous sitters to help maintain a consistent experience.
