Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee for walks, drop-ins, and day care bookings. For boarding and house sitting bookings, there is a $75 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start time of the booking.
Once a booking begins, the price is locked in—ending the booking early will not change the total cost. For example, if you booked boarding for 10 nights and return a day early, the sitter will still be compensated for the full time reserved. This ensures sitters are paid appropriately for the time they committed to caring for your pet.
Late Night Policy
To ensure the safety of our sitters, any bookings that end after 11 PM will require the member to cover the cost of a taxi or rideshare home if the sitter is not within walking distance. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping our community safe!
Holiday Rates
Due to the high demand for pet-sitting services during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at Bestie's Holiday Rate: Jan 17-20, 2025, Feb 14-17, 2025, May 23-26, 2025, Jun 19-22, 2025, Jul 4-6, 2025, Aug 29, 2025 - Sep 1, 2025, Nov 27-30, 2025, Dec 24, 2025 - Jan 1, 2026, Jan 16-19, 2026, and Feb 13-16, 2026.
Extended Care
Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time.
2-8 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate.
8+ additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate.
